★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sales service is not good. Vehicle servicing is not done properly leading me to give my Scooty to a local mechanic who did a better job. Quality of the vehicles has reduced as opposed to their increasing prices. And I mean that literally as my 18 year old 2-stroke Scooty ES, still works. Purchased new vehicle last year in June, 2019. A month later, front wheel locked out, failing to move. TVS personnel came and failed to rectify the problem, had to give it to the local mechanic to fix it. Cut to one year later; vehicle was not used in the rain during COVID lockdown days and the engine ceased, surprisingly only a week after getting the scooty serviced from an authorised service center. There's no point in lodging a complaint or writing an email nowadays as this cannot be changed. Please train your staff to understand the customer's problems first and then try to resolve the problem rather than give prefabricated answers.

They are not giving any perfect reason.. its a humble request to all Of TVS coustomers please don't buy a vehicle at Avian..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased TVS pep scooty on 3rd April 2022 . They handed over me a wrong key. Then next day Avian change the key. After two days vehicle are not running properly and Avian send helper to pick the same. After two days Avian told vehicle is repaired. Can anyone accept the repaired vehicle. Also no one giving answer what happened.
