★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good staff. The bike actually felt like it was looked after and cared for. However, they need to improve on the washing quality of the bike. Make sure that you are standing in front of the bike while it's being washed. Otherwise great.

- Very poor service, even dust was not cleared.
- Very costly
- Not equipped properly with servicing equipment.
- No manager in place to highlight.
- Third grade service personal, never looked like trained in a professional way
- No card payment, they are charging 2% extra for card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to enquire about FZ V3.0 and it was on display for customers. If you can pay little extra over on road price, you will get the bike within week with TC number. Staff is really co-operative. Also, service center is beside the showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place sometime in November ending 2020. It was empty as most staff members had gone to their hometown due to covid 19. Just one person who was attending to us maybe store manager or owner of dealership. Behind the counter were 2 service mechanics servicing a bike. Overall there were 6 bikes including one yamaha r15 for delivery. Person incharge was courteous and explained patiently all the schemes available and best plans suitable. Place was clean but deserted look maybe because of covid-19. Less lit up and located in a dingy lane . Could locate it only because of Google maps or it would be difficult to locate. Store could do with some improvements and look lively. Looked more like a service station which also sells bikes. Very good display window showing 3 bikes at the most. Toilette facility was available but behind the store in some residential building. Test drive was not offered nor did we ask for a test drive. Will go there for convenience of location. Overall the purpose was to check out some bikes which was achieved so no complaints. Thanks to the person who answered all our queries..
Update:01/01/2021 Purchased a Mt15 and got a free helmet and cover. Paid cash and got bike delivery on the spot. Very fast deal. In and out in 30 minutes. Owner Mr Imran was very friendly and helpful. I reccommend this dealership to all who want a good deal and genuine dealership. Very fast paperwork indeed and extremely helpful staff. Would also recommend this dealership for bikes service and maintained equipment. Dedicated team working round the clock. Do visit.
