★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked in the company almost one year and make the good market in varanasi. Working as a sales and service manager handling all customers and 4 dealers. I have given day night to the company. But company have no rules of management employees performance and increment even they decreased the salary if you not given sales . They are not believe in service only focus on sales so i have resigned the company and completed one month notice period also . In this month I have sell 3 analyser and did installation. Even 3 fully biochemistry pm and many number of break down even that company not given me salary it not only with me company doing this to everyone. When I asked for the salary then company saying that you give me your 2 month salary . Still not given salary then i left. You can imagine what are the thinking of the company and what is the level please don't bothered. It's another firm is dr meditech so dont confused both companies are same.
