★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The branch must look into its customer KYC, there was an account by name, Anjum Sulthana, which has been used to cheat customers online as a matter of Online Matrimony frauds, please look into the issue at the earliest. A separate email to the customer care has already been sent and a E-cyber complaint has already been launched.
