She has really bad behaviour.

New staff is still very helpful and cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at passbook printing is very rude and doesnt seem interested to work , one day I sAw branch manager has to come down to tell her print pass book of an customer , she should either be reposted ro faraway location or may b placed far from customer care as she spoling sbi reputation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier it was a branch with staff. Now a days, this is not a good branch having reluctant staff. I hv vis the bank repeatedly with PPO for commencement of my pension since Aug 20, but the old lady at the counter everytime denied receipt of any pension docu w/o even checking my acct or PPO details. I met the Chief Manager Mr Tarun Kumar with a request to check my acct and PPO detls, but the Manager was was busy on a video call with his family in BHOJPURI and was more reluctant than his staff. He also not bothered to even check my acct details. SBI, CPPC Chandani chowk says that they hv finalised my pension in Sep 20 & I should apch my home branch. But my home brancb, pbb janakpuri is not ready to entertain. Dont knoe where tl go a d how to get my pension started.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a car loan, by Government bank standards the service was incredibly quick. Within three hours the paperwork had been completed, loan sanctioned and RTGS done. Ofcourse during those three hours they did not offer even a glass/ bottle of water or cup of tea. The staff behaved as if by giving you a car loan they were bestowing a favour on you and your generations to follow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is reluctant, non cooperative, not sensitive to public needs or rights. The manager sits on the first floor, doesn't come down to help the staff or sensitize himself to problems of the public. Stay away.
