★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic staff worst services. Firstly staff is not fully equipped with all the details they shall have been with let customers wait for the same. Just for an account opening they are not aware if they can provide services or on however on website instant account can be opened. After an hour, account got open but now linking cards to some random account. And have that audacity to let the fraud happen just because it’s after 3 PM. Like literally you guys are getting salary from our money getting invested in market. Useless bank staff. If any fraud would take place they will not take any responsibility for the same. Losers I will not let this happen you are on a Job we are too!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch has the worst staff. Their service is very poor. I placed a request for name and address change. Firstly they want the customer to visit the branch for each of these requests separately. Firstly they will change the name then they want us to visit again for address change. This is not the case with other banks where all updates happen at one go. Then it's not that these changes will take place in two visits. Sometimes their server will also be down. So they will ask you again for revisit. Then after many attempts of biometric, if you pass, they will ask you to fill a form and give another excuse that your signatures don't match. The bank official, Mr. Shiv is another example of being lazy at work because he is too busy either at phone or finding mistakes that he will not agree for any update. When after so many failures, we asked to close the account, then all of a sudden, signature also matched and biometric also worked. I regret opening my account here.

Hardly taken few minutes to complete bio and documentation to get address change for my account.
Only but a Major issue need to be address is Incorrect Google map location for bank.
Need to be corrected as showing almost 600 MTR away in opposite direction.
