1. We found the staff very unfriendly.
2. We wanted 2 very good quality tennis racquets, and the person was least interested in showing us the different racquets and explaining the differences among them.
He wasn't even telling us about the grip size. When we asked what all sizes are available, he said 3; but when we asked show us a size smaller, he was like - no, we only sell one size. What?! - You just freaking told us that you had 3 sizes available - G1, G2, and G3!
I mean had we been complete layman, he would have sold us the only size he had available. And here we are talking about the items which would have costed us ~ Rs. 15,000!
Seeing his total disinterested outlook, we obviously didn't proceed ahead.
BUT WAIT! But when I told him that it looks like you are not interested in showing us the racquets and selling, he just smiled. WHAT?! YOU GOT TO BE KIDDIN' ME.
With this experience, obviously I am not going to step my foot inside this shop ever again. Sheer wastage of time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a player edition ss bat from them .next day i took for a nets and bat got cracked . after i informed to the shop owner they said me that to send report to ss factory via email. i paid 53k for the bat and the respond was pathetic from the shop . i didnt even got any respond from ss or avin sports from last one month . i clearly reccomend dont buy any products them. Until the business is done they will convince their products as best in the world. after the business is done they dont even care or support thier customer with such issues. i had very bad experience.

I have given it 4 stars because there is not much variety and the price is a bit on the higher side.
Owner is very supportive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be regular customer to this place for all the cricket gears. But yesterday I got wilson cricket ball by paying 500Rs, But the balls are of worst quality even a local fancy store guy will sell a better quality than that.
When I got back to the store to complaint on the quality of product. They say you should have played tennis not cricket. Worst customer experience. Will not be visiting the store again for any purchase.

Hi, you mentioned about snooker equipment on order basis, in your comment / response. But when we went and asked on the shop, the response was a simple "No". There was absolutely no option given to us for "ordering basis" by the staff. They simply responded that its never kept.
I would also recommend to please maintain the response etiquette. No one is comparing your product quality to Decathlon. Your store is just not affordable to beginners of a sport. And the way you sidetrack Decathlon by trying to compare it to "professional sports brand products" says a lot. Please try to understand our standpoint before assuming our intent. Thanks.

They don't have snooker/pool equipment even though they claim to have all sports equipment. Also budget options are not available. Store mostly has premium goods. Decathlon is good for entry level stuff.
