★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strange experience. The first time I visited, it was to exchange luggage purchased online that was received damaged. The company sent us there for an exchange.
Staff was very friendly and patient. They helped us choose a replacement to our great satisfaction.
The second visit was to actually purchase a new piece of luggage, this visit, they seemed very indifferent and not all that helpful. Maybe they were having a bad day. But quite a contrasting experience.
They have a good collection though but prices are higher than at an online stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This luggage store is situated on 27th main HSR. Has a wide range of luggage. The store manager is very polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
All servicing is not done instantly at the store. A service technician visits the store each week and the luggage is repaired during the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ American Tourister has an international warranty. This store refused to do a repair stating that we should take it back to the place we purchased it. He was the most unfriendly person I have come across. American Tourister should train their front end people better.
