★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff. Tried to get a bag repaired. Waited patiently for 5-10 min, the only staff in shop was busy trying to make a sale. When I tried to enquire if there is any other staff who could attend to me, he rudely replied “if you are in a hurry, you can go to another shop”! Not sure how they can expect to get regular customers if they dnt provide proper after sale service!
