He is highly skilled doctor, doesn't recommend any unnecessary medicine or test and the best part is he is very patient, calm and understand the problem to the root cause. He gives time to patient and is very down to earth. Our whole family got covid 19 and he helped us recovered through video consultation only. He is very blessed doctor and trust me to get suchh type of doctor in today's world is nothing less than a blessing. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an online consultation with Dr. Sidhu owing to Pandemic. With skin consultation I was a bit hesitant with online route but that was the only feasible option. But doctor made me extremely comfortable, gave me time and understood my problem. Explained me the disease and the treatment properly and just didn’t prescribe medicines for the sake of it.
Truly loved the experience and would recommend her always.

He brings in confidence in patients and his way of diagnosing the patients is very pleasing. The Calm, patient and humble nature of Doctor makes patients comfortable to be treated. His treatment and medication work really well. I highly recommend this doctor for his effective and efficient treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly doctors and service. Little wait will be there even with prior appointment. Doctors listen and explain the disease and then prescribe treatment. Pharma has most prescribed medications with discount price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad experience. Gave blood for tests and doctor suggested to change medicines based on tests within 10 hrs. I haven’t received any reports and no one is bothered to follow up on delays even after 2 days.
Very bad experience!

In this clinic doctors believe that any disease should cure in 5 days. If it doesn’t reduce in 5 days and you go for a follow up on 6th day or later, they say that it might be a new problem because it crossed 5 days and will not consider it as a follow up.
In my understanding if the disease doesn’t reduce in 5 days, the diagnosis might be wrong or there might be a deeper underlying problem that needs to be addressed. That’s why we go to the same doctor for a follow up.
Also if we book an appointment in Practo - they always cancel it and says that appointment didn’t happen. Not sure why they do this ! Practo keeps calling us reason for cancelling appointments. This is a bad experience.
Overall - clinic needs to improve a lot in customer experience.
Try to avoid this clinic !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very pleasant meeting Dr. Sharat Honatti, He is a real professional who exactly knows how to address a problem. He is a very active listener and don't jump to conclusions immediately. He is very friendly and approachable. He has been my family doctor since last 5 yrs. I have noticed that the medicines that he prescribes are so effective at the same time mild. In today's fast paced world even doctors are unable to give you full attention resulting in dissatisfied treatment.
