★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called and asked one day before whether the lab opens up by 8:30 AM or not. The on call person said that we open at 7:30 AM. We went there at 8:45 and the lab was closed & all phone numbers were switched off. The staff here is undisciplined and should be evaluated strictly.

Was promised to get report by late hours of Saturday (11 PM), and guess what! with no communication and calls ignored and no report being updated had to Miss the Flight

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In current situation it is mandatory for everyone to have covid report before flying as per government. So, I have contacted them and they had given me 12.30-1.00 PM slot (took my details plus my location) for 13th April. I didn't check any other lab as slot is booked but they never showed up for sample collection and concerned person didn't pick my call after multiple call also. Now I have to fly without covid report, don't know what all issue I have to face because of missing covid report. Don' t deserve 1 star also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud. One of the worst lab in Bangalore and I guess other branches are same. I missed my flight as they couldn't provide the report for RTPCR on promised time. Before making the payment I confirmed with them more than 5 times that will they be able to provide the report on time or not as RTPCR report of 72 hours is required for boarding flight. They assured me of results in 48 hours infact in less than 48 hours. After they took the payment they stopped responding to my calls. Totally a fraud lab. Don't trust them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FAKE Lab. Someone from Dr. Lal Path Lab should check the details and see How these guys are ruining the image and trust people have on your services.
Big fraud. Don't go with these people. They will cheat you in every possible way. They have charged me ~1400 extra and stoped receiving the phone call when I called them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero reliability... For home sample collection they never come on time... They'll not pick up the phone but happy to chat on WhatsApp and every time you ask by when technician can come to collect the sample, they say 10 mins but the 10 mins never comes.
It's now more than 3 hours I am waiting and the technician is yet to show up.
