★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sharat Honatti is a very friendly and professional doctor but the staff are highly irresponsible! I was given an injection by a nurse but pain and swelling developed after a week - didn't clean skin with isopropyl alcohol prior to injection and rubbed it too vigorously causing a lump.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, Customer friendly staff and on time reports. Have used two of their services. Once for my blood test (in Jan 2018) and second time an xray for our mother on Saturday (October 13 2018). In both instances the experience was really good. From receiving the patient in a wheelchair, billing, performing the procedure to sending us the report - everything had a touch of care. Not too crowded and they accept all modes of payment including PayTM.

Very happy with Dr Rajiv, very straight forward and to the point.
Lab technician Panduranga is excellent at his work and collects blood so efficiently that there is no pain whatsoever.
Staff member Pranupa, always helpful and clarifies questions pretty well.
Costs are little bit on higher range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a major abdomen pain ,I had to go to a nearby hospital (bhoomi) , they took ultrasound,blood,urine tests, found few issues in the ultrasound,but didn't concentrate on it that much, rather they were either talking about healthy eating or you can do a master checkup which will be Rs.5200, and gave me dolo,vitamin meds which has nothing to do with my stomach pain. Then I had to go to Sri Sri hospital,they found major infection in my stomach and now I'm under observation,proper treatment with affordable price,no visiting prices. Also bhoomi hospital was completely empty on Tuesday,no patients except me. If you want a proper diagnosis with proper medication ,only required tests, healthy diet routine, visit Sri Sri hospital,kanakpura road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for a health checkup related to an insurance policy. They have no respect for your time they called me at 830am, kept me waiting for a blood test. Then they called me for TMT at 930am and kept me waiting for 30 minutes and more, when there was no other customer in the centre. Don't go if you you expect good service.
