★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lab is good, but they join hands with safe diagnostic to cheat people. Below is my experience.
Worst people, they don't have scanning facilities, but they force the patients to pay with them and send to other lab. I got cheated like that they charged Rs. 1400/- for TVS scan and sent me to Ebisu Diagnostic. The actually price at Ebisu Diagnostic is Rs. 900/-, but both labs are joined hands to cheat the patients. When asked the Safe Diagnostic staff about the difference they were not ready to accept that and connected me Ebisu Diagnostic staff and they also fooled me and supported Safe Diagnostic. Ebisu Diagnostic took back the bill which they gave by mistake to me in that it was mentioned Rs. 900/-. Please dont go to them.

Doctors and counter staff members are polite and they are doing very good job. I recommended this diagnostics centre to many of my colleagues and relatives. Special thanks to rekhe and ruksar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been to get ultrasound scan done. The so called senior radiologist was not accurate in his findings. He wasn't sure what he is seeing on the monitor. And made me panic and confused with his findings which he was not sure of himself. Being a Doctor myself I was so stressed out on the scanning table by his words which were inappropriate and incorrect.
Doctors should always confirm themselves and be confident, take time to analyze and then has to reveal to the patients the findings. Rather than just saying something nonsense. To windup we pay so huge price but the outcome is this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service.. I have been coming here for the past 4 years.. Never seen such service and support. Hats off to Dr Raghu.. He personally meets patients, share his screen and explain everything in great detail despite I ask repeat same questions. He understands our anxiety and concerns and spends his quality time in explaining is a great plus here. I come from Chennai all the way to this lab whenever I need to get things done for me Or my son Or for my friends. I highly recommend this centre for your diagnostic needs. Thanks to Dr Raghu and his staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though on an expensive side. the lab is good and the staff are very professional and courteous except for 1-2 people. also there is very less wait time except for ultrasound.One thing what I didn't like is they don't accept UPI payments and only cash/card, I had trouble using my rupay card.visa was working just fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited for a complete body checkup for my mother. I was attended by Ms. Nuksar Annisa, she assisted so professionally and she was courteous to guide us throughout the proceedures.
Has also a requested for a test that we were not comfortable she handled it perfectly and checked if we wanted any other tests and later escalated it in a right manner.
The staffs, nurses, technicians were also very good and they maintained a well mannered systematic approach.
This has been my second visit would highly recommend.
