★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Sanjay Sir, I didn’t want to open my mouth so just gave rating with no comments but if you wish me to speak I would like to let you know that my rating after 1st year of engagement with organization was 5 stars which now has turned to 1 star due to following reasons:
1)Technoforte never recognizes employees efforts and dedication unless and until he informs about leaving the organization.
2)After my 2.9yrs of dedication, only thing I got in organization was no appreciation and lot of mental agitation.
3)Manager like Tarun Mathur, uses employees to such an extent that people feel nothing is left in them and passes wrong comments about employees coming from prestigious institutions. It’s not great that a company hired an employee from prestigious institution but their greatness lies in nurturing the bright mind and making great use of it with some gratitude. But manager like Tarun who knows nothing at work than playing great politics under the guidance of Gurudatta P made my life really toxic in the organization.
4)HRs are always considered to be the bridge between an employer and employees, giving equal rights to share their grievances but here I was at a threatened stage where I was scared to open my mouth.
5)My knowledge and talent was questioned so badly by HR to mentally break me down and shut my mouth against all the activities that happened against me but my courage made me to rise off the depression mode and successfully leave the organization, and I feel proud the organization still reaches me out for support and I happily help them.
I have many other things to share but above points are sufficient to suffice 1 star rating.
