★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience was quite good. Timely arrival and the driver was really friendly. I really enjoyed the conversation with him. Though in the end, there was some payment issue but they resolved it in a minute. Fares are cheaper than Ola or Uber. I would definitely recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Very reasonable rate. Passenger/Driver seats have been blocked through a polymer sheet to avoid contact with each other as per covid 19 norms. Driver is well mannered and helpful. Would definitely like to hire whenever required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So when I booked the taxi i was explained the can charges would be 800/ without tolls and 900/ with tolls i opted for without tolls since my flight was past 10pm i reserved the flight at 6.30 the driver did reach early to pick me up since it was raining heavily.
Once i sat he started ranting about the route via toll naka I said I opted for without toll wo use the road so he gave vague reasons like it's festival time and the villagers have blocked the road and all.
If u want u can get down.
I didn't expect this statement from him i had no other choice than ask him to proceed through toll route but he fleeced me he didn't use any toll road nor i saw him giving any toll.
I ended up paying 100 rs more.
Thats the corporate honchos like ola and uber survive because the small time fleet operators don't care about CX.
Avoid these people i would say pay a bit more use uber or ola.
