Worst service and very very poor in response. Please don't plan any surprise to your beloved ones by believing this cheater website.
I would like to give rating in minus but it is not allowing me to post this receive without giving at-least a star.. But this website don't deserve even a single star rating.

They neither answer to your calls nor reply to your email. Biggest fraudster.
I wish I never ordered from their site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic gifts website. I ordereda cake for my mother's birthday and selected standard delivery which was from 9 am - 2 pm. The cake wasn't delivered till 9 pm in the night! When I tried calling the customer service, the number always turned out to be engaged. When I finally got through to customer service a lady on the other side said that standard time is only a preferred time and if you want a definite time you need to pay more and hung up the call. Afterwards not even a single call went through and my mother's birthday was spoiled.
My advice is - Stick to FnP. No need to go for such local cheap websites who can't even manage a decent customer service number and use a mobile number!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst website to order. Please don't order anything from this site. They are unable to deliver even in 15 days within India. Even order from outside India takes less than this. My sister's b'day went yesterday and this idiot website couldn't deliver on time. And now they are refusing to return the chocolates. Please don't do the mistake which I did. Avoid this website.
