★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this shop 3 to 4 times and each time I have come away with beautiful, ethnic and useful items to gift to my friends. They have a wide variety of hand crafted artifacts that will surely attract you.
The shop owners are extremely polite and helpful. They give you full attention and time and suggestions even to make a great choice.
I have purchased clocks and sundry items for my home decor from this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One evening while roaming around HSR, we discovered this place for home decor and other artistic gifting items. After that almost every weekend we visit them to view their new collections. We did multiple small purchases for our new flat decoration based on our pocket.
We like one Antique 12 inch clock, however the price quoted by them was Rs 500 more than Amazon of same brand. To save Rs 500, (Clever me :) ) I ordered in Amazon, item got delivered, but to my surprise the color was completely different than shown, also finishing was not that great. I immediately placed a return request in Amazon and went to Terra Cottage, explain them my issue. Unfortunately that day they did not have stock of that particular piece , they had one item, that they gave it to me for time being as I called carpenter to fix for few home decor items set up. They promised me to get one brand new piece within one week. Today I am getting that.
May be I am paying Rs 500 extra than Amazon, but trust me guys Quality matters. The same clock in Amazon was kind of second quality finish and color was completely different than shown (Shown Rose Gold, received Yellow). Also Terra Cottage offer free after sales service for this watch. As it is a mechanical item, any time if it gets wrong I can approach Terra Cottage free of cost service.
Quality and After Sales Service matters that we miss sometimes in this online shopping Era.
