★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always been a fan of Avista Wine , Bar & Pizzeria for it’s truly delectable Italian fare. Went there for a weekend lunch date with my wife. The place adheres to all the social distancing and safety norms. They even provide sanitized cutlery in a bag.
It was a slightly warm afternoon so ordered the Mint Magic to cool down. It is a great tasting mocktail.
For starters, I ordered the Mushroom soup which was creamy and tasty. It’ served with a portion of garlic bread. I love mushrooms so the obvious choice for a starter was Mushroom Aglio Olio. Love the drizzle of olive oil on sautéed mushrooms and sundried tomatoes. The herbs and the sides of bread with a sauce give the dish a wonderful twist. Also tried the pomodoro bruschetta which was nice and crisp with a lot of toppings. If you are a veggie love, do try the farmhouse pizza which is a great tasting pizza. Also tried the cottage cheese burger which was mixed in peri peri sauce and tasted divine. The fries went very well with it.
For dessert, ordered the heavenly chocolate fudge brownie with vanilla icecream. That was a real happy ending to a great meal.
They bake buns and rusk too and it’s reasonably priced. Do check those out.

Overall verdict – a great place for some good Italian food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dined in outside after 6 months and what a wonderful and apt place Avista was.. Near to best precaution and Hygiene and delicious food.
Bruschetta Roasted In starter is a great dish to try here . Prepared with parmesan cheese with distinct flavor of bell pepper, Olive and rosemary, it feels refreshing with every bite.
If one is willing to try some diffrent flavored Italian cusine, Baked Spinach and beans Casserole is one good option with lots of veggies and cheese.
In drinks, mint Magic is one must try option. Mixed with mint and Sprite, it tastes really refreshing with proper balance of sweetness.
Tried Mango Panacotta and it was good in taste like in any other good restaurant.
They also serve Bakery items with name of Avista and I really loved the authentic home made rusk by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried for the first time last night. It's great! Freshly cooked and well presented. It is original and authentic Italian. Atmosphere is chill and cool and the staff is also really friendly, attentive ,extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, some italian classics and some twists, i loved the thin crust pizza and reasonable price it’s 100% worth it. Overall its very good meal and great value we will certainly be going back. Highly recommended!! Now a days they are also selling bakery products we tried garlic Bread it was very tasty and so soft well baked and some cookies mouth watering it was. Need to try some more and many more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Italian cuisine has always been a favourite with me because of its variety and subtle flavours. One of my favourite restaurants, Avista Wine , Bar & Pizzeria offers great Italian food. I ended up there this weekend for lunch. Ambience is pleasing and they have used pastel colors to give the place a nice feel.
All the hygiene, sanitization and safety measures were in place. They have cutlery placed in a brown bag along with a napkin and disposable menu. Tables are placed quite some distance apart keeping in mind the social distancing norms.
Coming to the food, I tried the following:
1.Silky Mushroom & Cream Soup – True to its name, this soup has a silky texture and amazing consistency. It was delicious.
2.Mushroom Aglio Olio – Love the combination of mushrooms with sundried tomatoes tossed together with garlic and olive oil. It is tasty and feels light
3.Vegetable Arancini – These cheesy rice balls are perfect in terms of flavor, consistency and texture.
4.Bruschetta Pomodoro – Love this dish as it has the goodness of tomatoes and cheese
5.Italian Farmhouse Pizza – Just the way I like my pizza, thin crust, less cheese and lots of veggies. A perfect pizza in every sense
6.Peri Peri Paneer burger – This looks and tastes great. Paneer in peri peri sauce is always a great choice. They serve crispy fries with it.
To satiate my sweet tooth cravings, I tried the mango pannacota and chocolate fudge brownie. I would recommend the brownie.
Among drinks, I tried the Mint Magic which is a refreshing summer drink.
Overall, must visit as it provides bang for the buck !!!
They also have a bakery section . I bought some freshly baked rusk and burger buns from them. They were really good.
Also the best part is they have a lucky dip and I won a free pizza for my next dine-in. So head there and get lucky.
