★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love their service. I did blood test for typhoid and unfortunately it was positive. And during the lock down it was difficult to go to a clinic and get the tests done. Mr. Srinatha Reddy came to my house to collect the blood. And later since I was not well, he brought the prescription along with the medicines home for me, since it would have been inconvenient for me otherwise!
Even Dr. Santosh from the clinic is so extremely good and helpful, and continuously monitored my progress via phone, since hospitalization was not a good idea during these times.
On the whole, their service surpasses customer satisfaction because of the humane element. Btw the test results are delivered on the same day and after around two hours. They are very prompt as well. My experience with the staff here has been very good and needless to say, I will always use their services and also recommend their services to everyone. They symbolize true service coming from the heart!

They need to really work on their communication and soft skills

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Humble and receptive receptionist. The receptionist was so well skilled that she could handle a crowd without any trouble. Even though the wait was long it was relaxing and was not irritated. Kudos to Dr Yuvraj to make people comfortable and is very well skilled
