★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service , fake quality products & on top of it store managers dnt knw how to talk to customers. The macbook charger i got stopped working within 3 weeks i also have the bill with a warranty of 6 months , these guys made me visit the store thrice for the same stuff and in the end refused to change it or give me any other charger. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid buying or getting anything done from this store. CAUTION : You would b risking your integrity, self respect, precious time and money if you visit AVM computers, ground floor , nehru place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the numerous bad reviews, I dared to visit this place to buy a used laptop. I was surprised by the range of options they offered. Yes, their service is slow, but that's an issue with every service provider in India! I am pretty satisfied with the product and the service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are big frauds and liars.The seller told me that he would replace my Phillips earphone (in case it gets damaged) at the shop itself, at the time of buying. He even tried selling a more expensive earphone to me but fortunately I preferred the one with lesser price. When the earphone got damaged after only 3 months the people refused to replace it at the shop as promised and said I would have to go to the service centre at noida. Moreover they are rude and without any etiquettes of dealing with a customer. They would lie and tell all sorts of things while you are buying a product but then refuse to stand by what they say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience of buying a laptop from this store! A brand new 50k hp laptop, i5 8th gen works slower than my 7 year old i3 hp laptop. Also the laptop has antivirus that was activated 1 year before the model manufacture date and expired when I started using it! On coming back to the store and asking for the speed issues...their team of "sales" people wasted my 2 hours and the speeds were still the same. At the end they ridiculously said their job is to sell...we'll have to call service center for these software issues.
Highly suggest to not visit the store and waste a single penny or minute!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big 0 out of 5. Let me share my honest review with you guys. I was told that your I/O controller chip has been changed but they never really changed that. Instead, button cell was changed. I checked later at home with the photograph I took before service. They charged me ₹2500 for a ₹100-₹200 button cell. Worst ever service, if you love your laptop, please never get your latop repaired from this shop. They are fraud people, they will tell you this and this part has been changed, but they never really change anything. All members of staff are trained to tell lies. They will try to act friendly. They have ruined the motherboard of laptop, out of all the screws, I now see only 5-6!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in Nehru Place. It's the first store so you would be likely to go in. Please don't go if you like your devices, and want them to continue working. I gave my laptop, phone, and iPad for repair at the same time. Should have read the reviews on Google first. They charged me over 7000 rupees and all 3 things were returned to me in a worse condition than I had given them. Do yourself a favour and don't go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first store while entering Nehru place. The place seems quite worthy compared to other shops here. It is spacious and i m happy with the service. Service personnel Sanjay repaired my laptop in front of me. Prior to this i visited several other stores, some were offering me in lil less amount but with no warranty but here the warranty period was good, which is quite important for electronics. Only difference was ₹200-300. They provide the bill. They have additional sales items as well like dell & hp laptops and other accessories.
