they just attract customers by telling specifications totally different from what originally it is. And after opening the seal/ laptop box, they just make excuse.
Please go and buy online or from some genuine HP showroom.

Unethical people with no respect for customer. Owner hides his name and identity as if he is a criminal. Avoid them at all costs.

I brought one laptop by just get convinced by saler but I was not satisfied with that product, aftr 2days I asked him to exchange my laptop with higher version and generation. Somehow they agreed , now I hv satisfaction with d laptop and it's specifications...
one thing is clear that they r very much sensitive to these reviews.i felt d change in their behaviour.
Online is better if anyone wants cheaper

Informed to Shrub Sales & marketing with in two hours.they can replied go to technical service after fifteen hours.still my problem is not solved.dont purchase in this shop.
