★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased flat from this builder last year at Kesnand Wagholi but as an when comes maintains topic we have not receive proper help and solution from them. I am suffering water leakage in bathroom since 6 months but till resolution is not got from builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a reliable builder. Its construction quality is very very bad. Many of the flats have ceiling leakage problem. Even its engineer, did not find the root cause/solution. I have purchased a flat from this builder at Optima Heights, Kesnand and have ceiling leakage. I approached to builder about this but from last 3 months this issue is not resolved and now i think it will not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avnee Landmarks is one of the worst builder in Pune. I booked my Flat in Sep 2017 with an Open car Parking and It is written on Index 2 as well. It has been 3 years and 4 months since i got possession and still parking has not been alloted. There are 10 other such flat owners who have not received their parking.
They dont response to calls, messages, emails even if you visit their office they will not entertain you.
Please refrain buying any flat from this Builder. They are just not capable to deliver the promise. Please save your hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STP was one of the unique selling points when they were marketing the flats. They have the worst possible plans for STP. They have not been able to fix the problem of dark brown water in the flush tanks, which ultimately chokes the tank. Numerous flat owners have this problem in Optima heights, Kesnand. The committee is following up with the builders office from months but the problem is not solved.
I would not recommend buying a flat for living nor investment purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This builder has done false promises. I purchased the flat in 2015 and I am totally stuck with problems. STP is one of the major concerns, dirty water in flush most of the time. Maintenance promised 1rs per sq ft but now because most of facilities dont work it has risen to 3 rs per sq feet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s the worst builder of Pune. Poor quality provided in construction. And the builder never resolved your issues. I have called him several times but no response, he even do not bother to reply to mails if we raise a concern. All false promises done by the builder. Only RERA complaint can help in solving issues with Avnee Landmarks. Raise a RERA complaint if you have issue in flat purchased by Avnee Builder.
