★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked flat in Gagan aviva but I am very disappointing with gagan developer starff they are working like sarkari babus , The work are very poor in CRM department specially Archana Thakur , when I visited to Gagan developer office regarding my agreement. I want to meet Mr Sahoo who is head over there but he was avoided to meet me & Archana has given reason that he is in meeting & it will take one and half hours time. i was waiting for an hour time but still sahoo is not meet me, he dont have 5 min time to meet me , then i left the office. such type of treatment they given to customer. i am thinking i will withdraw my booking from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone please never purchase any property from this builder else your life will be hell... trust me they don't have proper support.
One of the worst builder keep changing the possession dates and our project got delayed by 2 years, its not a joke and no compensation...
Go for other builders guys... mark my words...Again they extended the Possession date.. Shame on this builder...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Arbaaz Khan From “Gagan Developers” is the worst and most irresponsible salesperson I've ever seen.
We are surprised that brands like Gagan Developer’s attitude with dealing with customers is so pathetic.
Just for the sake of Rs. 7,000 deal was cancelled. Hardly any renowned builders would treat his clients like this.
As we left his cabin Mr. Arbaaz slammed the door shut . His behaviour with us was very insulting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cheated me by selling a 3BHK unit in Gagan Ela unit without revealing that it is on the unsanctioned floor. Later when I questioned about it, their sales person Suhail Shaikh, kept on giving false commitments. At last I wrote an email to the owner, but he did not even bother to respond. He simply forwarded it to his sales head who was totally non-cooperative. They abruptly cancelled my booking to coverup the case. They used my money for one year without interest. When I asked for refund of my money with the bank interest of till date, they simply refused to pay any interest. Have filed a case recently on RERA and CREDAI. I urge all those who have been cheated by this builder to file a case against this notorious builder and his employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK, let me tell you first that I book a property in Gagan Klara which is project of GAGAN Devs, you will not see the negative review from the one who had bought the house in the same project, but my experience with gagan sales and CRM team made me write this due to their irresponsibility.
1. Even after 5 months of booking house I have not got the registration process completed, and the sales and CRM team is so irresponsible that you never get a call from them regarding any process, you always have to call them and take follow up from the same. Mostly they will not answer your call so you have to call them again and again and if you are lucky and then it will be answered once in a while.
The team has still not handovered the required docs to the bank for my loan even after 5 months, and everytime i call, they say one doc is pending will get it soon and provide, but that never happened yet. I totally got frustrated of communicating things from gagan to bank, they never took ownership of that.
2. At the time of booking I asked change in common washroom that i want it Indian, and everybody said yes yes thats fine it will be done, you just have to mail to CRM team, which I did. But I did not got any reply for weeks as usual, so i called the team and asked about it and they said yes yes if you have sent a mail then it fine it will be done. Still I asked for the confirmation via email and they said dnt worry it will be done and we will send the confirmation too, weeks gone and still no response, I call again and same kind of conversation happened again and again for 4 months and after that they informed me that they are not accepting any changes.
BOOM
Bought my first house was very happy and time of booking but after 5 months now I am tired and frustrated home buyer ALL thanks to GAGAN sales and CRM team. Would not recommended anyone for any gagan developer project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very SAD to see my purchased flat after 2.6 years of booking and in the same condition I had seen it at the time of booking, after me paying 90% of the amount to the builder still they have not even spent a penny in my flat. See recent pictures, clicked just 2 days back on 11-01-2022.
Gagan Developers is a LIE. A big LIE, Worst, I don't even wanted to give 1 star, they don't deserve a Star, I had booked a flat in one of their projects named "Gagan Tisha" in 2019 and the possession date promised was 2020, but disappointed to say that I haven't received it yet. Worst part is that even after paying 90% of the amount to the builder for which I had taken a Loan and I am paying EMI from past one and a half year and also paying the rent as a tenant for a rented flat I get mad to see my purchased flat in the same condition when
I had booked it 2 n a half year's back. See attached. They have stuffed garbage of whole society into my flat. It has been more than 2 year's now and we still listen from them saying, we have taken extension from mahaRera, when asking why the work of my flat is not being done , you know what sales and engineer department has to say, sir we don't have stock of tiles, I mean seriously, you'll are representing GAGAN DEVELOPERS, they say it is a well known big brand in the market, and I say shame on you all, disappointed to say I have lost trust and faith from this developer, my very first experience got ruined by this fake promised developer named GAGAN DEVELOPER.
They say Covid Hit caused the delay but, can't they see it was a global hit, even we faced problems and issue, who will bare the cost that we have to pay as an EMI to the loan and the rent we all are paying, do you "GAGAN DEVELOPERS" have an answer.
Worst decision of my life to trust a big liar named Gagan Developers.
