โ โ โ โ โ Collection are OK. But not customer oriented. Very high wastage and rude while negotiations. Staffs are having courtesy to show the variants, but the final counter manager is very Rude. Because of
him company may lose customers. But I'm not sure it's his way of handling customers or company asked to behave like this.

โ โ โ โ โ It is day time robbery. Imagine bank robbers without their masks and look at them, staff. For silver bought from Non AVR store, is calculated at 40% deduction. Silver is silver, no matter where u buy it from and how you use it. Biggest joke is, they take back their own silver wears with 25% deduction. The Man who does the calculation sounds like he is the boss. GRT is far better, not better but the best. They consider any such requests so to speak. After all it is our hard earned money. Worst part is the worst customer service. Except the women, the men behave like hunch men. The only male staff who attends you well is the store manager in white shirt in the bill counter. They forget, customer is the KING and reviews are their swords. U want to buy gold, buy it from elsewhere.

They charge heavy wastage charges of about 0.26gms per grm
Your price per gram will be 4000 but u end up paying 6000 per gram ie., Almost 1.5times of actual gold value
Your additional charges would be approximately 30% to 50%
Be careful before shopping here

I purchased Gold Scheme in AVR, Based on my conversations with them and on my observation, I would like to give my feedback and suggestion,
1. Scheme is for 11months and you can't buy the gold on 11th month, you have to wait for another month. Not sure why, they say its according to their rules.
2. Let's say if the total gold weight at 11 month is less than the current market gold rate, they wont consider the current rate and stick with what ever gold accumulated, I have been paying 8K/month for 11months which is 88K accumulated, but with current gold rate, the accumulated gold weight is only worth of 85k, with 3k loss.
3. Executives do not even consider to hear any complaints raised and all they say is, We follow according to the rules and System will not accept it.
4. Making charges are application for all the schemes
Suggestions:
Purely from my view,
I registered scheme in GRT, hosur and below are my observations,
1. One can buy the gold at 10th or 11th month with full benefits, no waiting time.
2. You have to pay only GST, no making and wastage(for certain limit) charges
3. If the total amount is more the accumulated weight, you will the gold at current rate which will be more the accumulated weight. If the current gold rate is high, no need to worry, you can buy the gold for Accumulated weight.
4. Highly customer friendly and can give you good discounts if you approach them.
5. For any damages, they will resolved without any questions.
For people who need to buy gold with the saving schemes, my suggestions will be to check what every jewelry offers and then take your choice.

Two weeks before I bought leg chain (Kolusu) in AVR Hosur branch. They didn't show me the exact weight till I swipe my card for the bill Printed weight is 160.100Grams. I swiped my card for bill amount believed that AVR has good credibility. I had doubt suddenly asked them to show the real weight before coming out of shop. They have taken near exchange counter weighing machine. It was showing 159.20 Grams. Then I argued to give me the refund for 180mgrams. They told me air weight will be there around 100mg. Then they have taken me into first floor silver section for weighing again. Silver section weighing machine shows 160grams. Still they argued that air weight only the difference. Whatever it may be I asked them to give refund for the difference. Finally they convinced and told next time they will give me the discount. I bought silver then it's only 50-60Rs. If I buy gold how much we are loosing. Please think before doing payment. Still I have doubt. Needs to check the weight outside.
I likes to buy Only silver ornaments here
No wastage and making charges is plus here for silver and silver purity also good.
Exchange rates are not up to the market here.
If you buy RS.10000 or 1 lakh you can get Rs.50 or 100 only will get discount here like vegetable vendor..
Wastage Rates are somewhat high like all other jewellers for Gold ornaments.. Bike parking available.. and car parking not sure.
Shop is inside Bazar.
Inside Bazar taking car is horrible here.
Gold purity also good.. so go for jewel schemes to buy gold jewel.
