★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place cuz I am connected to it kinda since childhood but I have to mention a childhood incident which gives me bad memories of this place.
They used to have a toy train ride in the store for kids to play..
It was nice... And customer's children are supposed to be allowed to play in it... But when I was playing once ...I got scolded by a sales person... It hurt... She gave me a cold stare I can never forget... I forgot her name tho... So please don't stare at kids and be nice to them..
What sucks is they removed the toy train!!!!
Now no toy train for kids to hang out... It's been many years now.
Otherwise it's a nice shop... Also they serve refreshments and juice and have nice gold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gold that they offer is not that much color. Don't sell your gold here cause they offer only 70% of gold price of current market. Please ask them to explain everything on the price because if you buy the gold via Google pay they you can save Rs.200 but if you buy with cash then they will charge you extra .They did this to me.they were in a hurry to service other customers since I was asking alot of questions so they just left and I had to call them each time to speak to them. Worst behaviour. Not a good place to buy gold. Warning alert. You can find other shops to buy gold if you want it cheap and if you are planning to resell. Don't buy a product of you can't understand what they explain on all the extra charges and if the customer service person is not spending time to answer all your questions and explaining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely go for negative reviews, Horrible experience visiting this shop, shopping experience is very very bad starting from security person behaving so disrespectful to the cashier being so so horrible. employees working there are honestly very very bad so unprofessional, don’t guide the customers with right choices rather laugh at their mistakes which I felt so sad. I thought I entered a wrong shop where you are not respected, what more can you expect.I wish whoever enters has a good shopping experience. I am for sure will never ever visit that shop in my life after a poor experience I had in my lifetime. Hope they improve the shopping experience despite knowing how bad they are. I respect satisfied shopping experience despite being how costly or cheap things are.
