.they said that they would inform after 15 days
. But almost 25 days passed and they are not responding to the calls .
It seems that they are indirectly avoiding and dragging our order as we are purchasing through chit.

It has decent amount of collections and staffs are nice to customers. Also they attend our calls promptly and address any queries
