★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its totally disgusting what they show you is totally fake. All these travel agents sail in same boat. They really make you uncomfortable. Remember costly plane is far better than these tricks.
Its a trap..
Avoid traveling it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bus service. They sell same seats to number of people n then harass the passengers n tell them to get down on haryana high way where they have their our goondas. Never ever travel in this bus. I booked a 5sleeper tickets from their chandni choked office but got only 4 seats n the. 5 th one had to sleep on the floor of the bus n we paid the same amount For all the seats.. It was not the money I bother abt but the attitude of the bus driver n his company workers. When I came back n spoke to the owner he was v rude n didn't return me the money for the 5th seat n told me u can do what ever u want . I am from Bombay so couldn't make a police complaint against them as I had to leave the same day but city land travels who own these buses so look into this. Worst experience of my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled to Katra in one of the sleeper busses. The sleeper coaches are designed in such a way that two people have to share the same berth, so careful if you are traveling alone you could end sleeping with a total stranger sharing a single blanket. We were five of us, so bearing the above one of us was left to share the berth. On top of it the berth that was allotted was such that it was impossible to climb up to it, because the ladder ended on to glass door which simply did not allow a person to access the berth. When we objected to this and the bus was already on the highway we were left helpless and had no choice but sleep on the floor. So be very careful when you make a booking and check your allotted seats carefully before you start the journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office at lal qila is very small... No space to sit and no waiting room is there. Blankets are not provided even in AC busses. Ticket varries from 1000 to 1200 from delhi to jammu. I would say if your budget is 1200 go fo indo canadian or try contacting swagatam travels at Majnu ka Tila Aruna Nagar. They have bharat benz busses which are very comfortable, have ac, led screen, charging port.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorest bus service of all. Leaking roofs, broken AC vents and negligible leg space are some of many flaws their buses have but super late departure (7-8hr delay) tops the chart. Pathetic service.
