1- travel time taken- Good
2- hygiene Factor- zero dust pollution, uncleaned seat and blanket, blanket quality is also very poor
3- Fare- a littlebit high as compare to facility provided by them
4-Pre travel information- they do not provide proper bus and and Bus Attendant number before journey, which ultimately leads to chaos at last minute.they should provide the details at least two hours before departure
5-the Dhaba which they have choose for the break in Agra near Agra express way, it is out of track and also poor in quality and service
I just want to suggest the R S Yadav travel that I have given my genuine feedback based on my experience with you.... please work on it if want to increase your profit and for retaining the customer
Please use vaccume cleaning inside sleeper cabin and provide good quality of blankets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go with them, especially if you are coming to Greater Noida. They left two ladies and one child on the highly unsecured highway, instead of dropping at the proper place Pari Chowk. The behavior of the staff was very crude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with rs travels. No office in kanpur as per the address given , the agent operating office from the open road. Wrong information very high fare cheap service cheap staff. Wrong information 22.00 kanpur 3.00 at Delhi I have booked my ticket based on given information that they take 5 hours from kanpur to Delhi. Rubbish, pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the New Delhi-Udaipur route. Had to book the ticket in an emergency and the executives were very understanding and helpful. They also provided me with the option of transferring the ticket fare through Paytm since I wasn't carrying enough cash. The bus was neat and clean. Had all the amenities like A/C, packaged mineral water, toilet within the bus itself, blankets. Also, it had stoppages at decent places unlike many other bus services who have haults at really shady restaurants on the highway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its very sad to share with you that I opted RS Yadav Bus from New Delhi to Lucknow tonight. First they over charged and i paid for the luggage extra money. After sometime they informed the bus is going to gorakhpur not Lucknow. We had to arrange another bus and they did not return the money for luggage and in New Delhi itself we paid two times for two different buses. See how cheap and untrustworthy services. At least they have to take care of word of mouth. Unfortunately I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service of RSYadav. You need to grow up your professionalism as people can make trust on you.

The Bus has clean bed, blanket, pillow, water, toilet and a wifi.. I travel 8 times a month through this bus.
Keep it up.. Proud of you. Very nice
