मेरे एक मित्र ने ऑनलाइन एकाउंट खुलवाया था उसका डेबिट कार्ड ब्लॉक होने के बाद दुशरा डेबिट कार्ड मांगा तो दुशरी ब्रांच मे मिल जायेगा ऐसा बोलकर धक्के खिलाते है..!!
एक बार फिरसे कहता हूं axis bank का सर्विस अच्छा है लेकिन axis bank की सिंधुभवन ब्रांच की सर्विस सरकारी बैंक से भी घटिया है।
 Very poor service is the axis bank's Sindhu Bhawan branch,
One of my friends had opened an online account, after the debit card was blocked, the two asked for a debit card, then it would be found in the Dushari branch.
Once again, the service of the axis bank is good but the syndubhavana branch of the axis bank is also poor with the government bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch. They don't know anything about banking system . I visited them 3 times but still my problem is as it is.i dont have any problem with axis bank but sindhu bhuwan branch is worst. Instead of solving customers problem they always give them lolypop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place I have ever been, such an illiterate staff doesn't have manners how to talk to a women! If they don't wanna answer simply just say 'No' don't ignore the customers and learn communication skills especially the women over there! There's no negative rating otherwise I would have given it. For sure!
