I had current account which opened on false note by not saying min Bal to maintain , they kept on looting my unexplained money on their swipe machine during the time
When asked to clos account they put lien and now after paying all amount 2017 they don’t even close the account in 2018. now after 7 months they show -25,000 as balance. When asked why dint you close the account they had no answer and said on March it’ll b closed automatically. When I asked in writing they are not ok to do so, and am sure it’ll be -40,000 by the time and they won’t still close the account.
100% fraud n miscommitement from all the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is worst experience.... I took permission from my work and came to bank to just update my aadhar card no...for which I waited for 1 HR 30 min... I work in hospital and had to atain my work ... Even that lady from counter took other customers who came after me(obviously she had no idea as who were standing in que for how long) coz she was sitting in AC room. Also those were not even standing in que... Need to improve...check ur customer query as who came for what purpose and lined up things accordingly !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I was horrified to realize that Axis Bank location shown in google map is wrong. So I had to walk 0.5 KM in blazing sun all because google is showing incorrect location for this bank. This bank is just next to VJ Honda Katrap but location shown in google map is near DIGI1 which is totally incorrect. So Please don't put wrong locations on Google map.
