Either branch has completed all targets or taking some personal no show attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the branch recently and was served by the staff Mr.Zuber Siddiqui.
I had several issues with my different accounts and He solved them all one by one. Very patient and considerate staff trying to solve our problem and give best possible solution.
Hard selling of their prudential savings, inurance and ulip products is the drawback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is pathetic experience. Working hours on online are showing 9.30 to 3. But nobody shows up in bank till 10.In covid situations to reach bank itself is big task. So at least show correct timing online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience here was like I am visiting Sbi branch now a days even they are faster I have an association with ICICI since past 8 years and this was worst experience. it took me 3 days for a single request . The staff is not responsible and give you instructions as if they are doing some favour. They give you their no and do not even answer your call if incase of urgency.

I have NRI ac and due to covid i came back to home. 2 month back i have fulfil KYC at Badlapur branch. Now last night mobile app could not skip KYC pop up
Asking to complete KYC unless it won’t work?♂️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service was asking for instant debit card as i can not visit on multiple times to collect and request. Still the person was forcing for printed debit card and have not taken my request and my net banking and debit card is blocked both the branch of badlapur and IDPL HYDERABAD branch failed to take my request for instant debit card and activation of NetBanking. Worst service by any financial institution.
