★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sure the people giving 3 stars and above are the bank's staff itself or their immediate relatives who are given a task to better the overall review on Google. Pathetic experience as far as staff and service is concerned. I don't even understand how people can tolerate such rude staff and loose working ethics that too in banking sector. Won't recommend this branch/bank to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and stupid people work here who don't even know what they are doing. They bring new rules and policies when you ask them something to delay your payment or dues. The bank manager is horrible and of course the staff will follow the manager as an example which has made this entire branch pathetic to deal with. They will delay all your payments, give half of the FD which has been liquidated and when you ask for a reason for deduction they will give the most horrible excuse or else tell they will get back later. Why later? ? This is banking sector and all information is on the screen then why you need time to investigate that?? ?Maybe you want time to decide what stupid excuse can we give to this client and eat the money internally. Right ?? Horrible horrible people who don't deserve to work in a bank. Same for the manager. Who hired a bank manager like this?? ? I'm filing an FIR against the bank now... What they are doing is fraud and cheating.

HDFC known for its customer service but this time it was a bit dull experience. Hope it may not happen next time.
