★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I entered the store I told receptionist that I am looking for MI 32 inch TV , he shouted for my assistance.But seems the staff ignored as I was asking for MI 32 TV and also my attire was messy. I was alone for sometime searching 32 inch TV but no one came for assistance. I saw couple of staff members free talking with each other(might be regarding business).Finally I went to front desk and asked for sony Bravia 50 inch TV, instantly a lady came to assist me and after few second another staff. I felt unvalued at the beginning. Still i purchased both the TV sets. I wanted to purchase 2 iPhones but because of the initial experience I dropped to buy iPhones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am more of a tech and electronic preference guy and I visited here to buy fridge and a mouse.. After roaming and enquiring there for some time, I realised that if you have money or some bank offer cards of no cost EMI, you should blindly purchase things from Amazon and Flipkart instead of visiting here. you should only visit if you want to se the things by touching and feeling physically.
It's costly to purchase any single thing in any sort of comparison from market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Vijay sales Badlapur East branch looking for refrigerator but sales persons having lack of knowledge about product and seems to be partial with some selected brands. Give proper training to sales persons then only allowed them to interact with customers.

He deserves a lot as he is quite dedicated to Vijay sales.He performs his work sincerely and very well.

Just that they delivered mismatched set of ac ( indoor and outdoor) and it got delayed one more day... The replacement procedure was smooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome support from staff. Parking is not available for four wheelers. You can park Two wheeler here in front of Vijay sales. Here they have two floors. Staff guides you properly through the procedure. Vijay sales is fully focused on customer satisfaction. But when you are buying any electronics please do your own research on your requirements.
