Ornament and their designs are Beautiful but variety and stock needs to maintain so avoid stock out for few items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST JEWELERS!! You'd definitely get better service elsewhere so save yourself the trouble. The staff lacks knowledge and it's poor customer service adds to make it worse. No matter how many times you visit, the service only gets poor.
P.S. - their Google reviews are mostly paid so you won't see many honest reviews. Probably this one's gonna be trashed soon so save yourself until you see this.

I went there to exchange my mangalsutra which I bought from p n gadgil...that time there was only one or 2 customer and 3rd one was me...she asked me to wait for 5 min..after 15 min I asked her how much time it will take she said 2 more min...by that time.. other customers came who seemed to be more rich people...so off course the staff was diverted towards them rather then us the small or may be not so important customer. After waiting for 35 min...I was asking the poonam abt me....so she was ignoring me very well. She kept diverting me to other staff...but atlast no one attended me...and I left..so u can understand...how we lower customers are treated there...will never go again..also I m aware no action will be taken against this.
