★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience the manager mr.Thakur not specking well he is very rude i had book haier fridge model no 1954 Bs on 26 June at that time he and milind said that your fridge delivered on 29 june but 30 th he replied us that we are unable to delivered your fridge because we have no stock he replied very rudely so don't book any electronic goods from there shop my experience is very bad don't trust on that people's word this guy's just full the people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a disaster electronic shop is this! First of all they will sell you by saying you will get cashbacks and then you will find it was false information! Then they will say you have 2 free ac servicing and if you call a day later they will say sorry but we can't to it thogtthier engineer will tell you in before that you can call anytime in the pending month.
Not at all recommended! They just know how to make fool of customers!

Had purchased washing machine from there they committed us dat our washing machine would be fiited by next day but no one showed up n they had given tym k by 11 or 12 their technician will be here bt it's 5:30pm still the washing machine is lying as a show piece towards our door and I called up them to check on by their staff don't know anything abt the technician.. this answer he gave me ..we had commitments today bt couldn't make it up coz of usha agency.i would never recommend Usha Agency for any one .??such a bad worst their after sales services are.. They have just one word to say"Sorry" we had commitments today so their "Sorry" is gonna make our thing up..worst worst USHA AGENCY..????
