★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there could be a Zero Star Option. I have purchased 3-4 items from this shop. every time I got worst experience. But being a calm person I didn't react. But this time it's worst experience ever.
I purchased a brand new cooler yesterday form Bhavani and just after delivery I, found that pump is not working. I called store and asked them go send person to see. But they said it has been late evening and no person is available. I had bad experiences in past also hence I requestes him to send and check. He sent his person. His name was Bharat. He checked almost 30-40 mins and confirmed that pump is not working properly. I said him interchange the product and give new one to me.
He said Kal morning me Batata hu.
Now at 01:30 pm I called andctalked to his boss. He said company ka admi ayega aur check karega. I said, Naya item mein main koi repairing nahi karvaunga. Mujhe change karke de. He was not agrreing to my statement and was trying to force his faulty equipment on my name.
I REQUEST, DON'T EVER GO TO HIS SHOP. THEY SELL FAULTY EQUIPMENTS, DON'T GIVE AFTER SELL SERVICES. AND DON'T COOPERATE TO CUSTOMERS.
WORST SHOP OF BADLAPUR.
