They have the worst, utterly useless staff with no knowledge on anything, and do not even know how to speak to the customer.
The kind of arrogance and ignorance they have, is something that no other banker has.
They are not fit to be a banking sector, their approach and attitude is unprofessional , they need to learn how to interact with the customer.
