I visited the Bank for taking a Demand Draft & during my visit, though the Branch was very crowded, my Demand Draft was issued within 10 minutes of my submitting the request form. It's very impressive to witness a PSU Bank working so accurately by delivering quick customer service! The Branch Manager was very proactively managing the crowd & guiding the Counter Staff for quickly attending the customers. Truly amazing to have such a fantastic Banking. Smart Banking!!
