★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took 5 months for my loan to get processed. Documents documents and more documents you have to keep giving them.
There is no coordination between the legal and sales department due to which the customer suffers.
After the processing I still have not got my welcome letter.
The customers pain is not of any importance to Axis bank.
Very poor experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience is Ok, the request is processed as per the token alloted to the visitors. There is confusion to the user about this this loan center and the other one located crossing the highway. This loan center process and handle all the activity related to individuals Home, Personal, Car Loans. While the other center located crossing the highway is only for Business Loans. So plan your visit accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Unethical and fraud way of functioning which is not alligned to RBI rules. Have decided NOT to give them more business or deal with Axis Bank in any manner in the future. Stay Away from them or regret later. A govt bank is much better.

My Loan Account number PPR064703033943. I was visited your Sanpada loan center on 2nd Sept for changing my bank account for ecs deduction and submitted the document with charges amount. your team member said we have stopped your ecs and have to this month emi manually and from october month onwards ecs will be deduct from new account. in october month i was waiting for ecs dedcution from new account but it doesnt happened and i paid the amount manually on same day. After 2 days i received message that my ecs has been and charges are levied. The ecs was presented in old account and its got bounced. Its axis bank operations failure that the customer is already submitted documents for new mandate registration and requested not to present ecs in old account, so esc should not be presnted in old account. Now the amount which was transferred in my loan account your system deducted the bounced charges first and adjusted reamining amount is emi amount. now i am getting calls unnecessary for balance. I request kindly stop presenting ecs in old account and adjust full paid amount in EMI and make sure the cibil should not impacted because of your failure. i am not liable the balance as i already paid my emi on time. Please find attached 5th oct emi screenshot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the review is negative on google but when i visit to force close my personal loan, Its not as mention on google review. First you need to take token, after that withing 20 to 30 min you will get your number. I just meet Sonal Acharekar madam to close my loan account. She talk very politely. She has nicely handle there valuable customer. Resolve every query with there nice skill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Axis bank retail asset centre at Sanpada Navi Mumbai is pathetic, no good service. I have closed my HL on 22nd feb 2022 but i have not yet received my original documents from them yet. They are giving all false reasons excuses to hide their own mistake. Who is explainable for this behavior ??? Employees are also rude and lack knowledge....ridiculous experience ever....will not recommend Axis Bank Home Loan to anyone :(
