This branch staff are not customer centric and management too as most of the time they don't have service available that other branches have. To get things done it takes too longer that what is required. few employees are not responsible enough. I deposited a check last week and its not cleared of and i am trying to inquire the status though phone banking but they have no records of banch taken request and again asking me to visit the branch. In today's world who has time and feasibility to run your office and why the lack of support. I am not going to do any further business with Axis Bank.

Applied for cheque. It will not get from our preference I do work and live in bnglr only. I have to collect it from my hometown. ? if it possible I can take my another bank cheque book. Not this worst banking is essential for me. Is they providing banking service or delay service. ?

Unnecessary credit/debit card charges, no proper customer care service, they don't revert for any issues /clarification. Pathetic banking experience.

Very Bed experience with kormangala Axis bank branch. I went there to open saving account activation, its been a week happened its not activated yet. But while submitting documents they have committed for 2 days and took the cheque and the have debited the amount from my account. Now no seriousness to full feel customer request, fake commitment, I will never do any transaction with kormangala Axis Bank Branch in future and I will suggest my friends and family to do so.

Worst customer services, I have been facing the debit card issue(undelivered and returned to the bank) and I have tried all the possible ways to reach out them just to re initiate the delivery again but it's not happed. In this pandemic situation and as am in ma native it's difficult to visit the branch however I have tried calling the deputy manager Neha and Manager but they are not responsive to the call. When we need them the most they are all unresponsive and no proper customer care services also. Regretting for having my account in AXIS.

The service of the back is pathetic. The Service managers, Chandrakala & Venkatesh are useless providing no resolution. This if for priority acc of the banks.

Customer Care Executive gives some information which these bank people denies, makes you to wait for hours and then refuse to support you. Not even willing to give 1 star. Staff is also not supportive or not willing to listen your problem.
