★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sharing my experience with Axis Bank - Bhavanagar (Waghawadi Road Branch)
The only reason I was convinced to go for Axis Bank forex card was additional complementary card and support in case Forex card/passport gets stolen. However, conclusion is no one can beat HDFC. Please don't open your account here.
1. No employee/customer support team attends the call
2. Bank seems like a railway station. Unsatisfied customers bombarding on staff
3. Staff having Lack of knowledge about their products
Axis Bank sales personnel confirmed me about offering 2 Forex card at the time is issuing. However, came out to be a fallacy on visiting the branch
Secondly, visiting their branch feels like Delhi hawdah railway station. The sales guy hardly attends the call. How would Axis Bank help in case Passport/wallet/forex card is stolen?
