★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the main branch of Axis bank here in Muzaffarpur, located in club road, near MFP museum, wheel chair accessible entrance, you can drive a car here, talking about the services, I found the work speed quite low in comparison from the other banks. But overall it is good.

Half of employees are not wearing masks and other half placed their masks on chin.
No pen to fill forms.
Sanitizer was kept away from customer reach.
Cash deposit vending machine works almost never. Been to deposit cash but never found this machine in working condition ever.
Gaurd at gate should be polite with customers.
