★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional from this bank. I have to come here all the way from Rayagada 3 times in 4 months just for a Death Clearance. As if it is not our money. Playing with our emotions.
DON'T OPEN ACCOUNT OR DO ANY BUSINESS HERE.....

Well maintained.Employees are good but slack in their duties.Young employee s r present.Locker facility is available here.Current account for business people is there.The cash deposit machine is sometimes non functional.

One of my colleague applied for CREDIT CARD through bank nd submitted the details, after a span of 20days the card arrived nd nw the wonder things started, the details give by my colleague was nt the details available with the card details, THE MOTHER NAME WAS OF SM ELSE MOTHER NAME, ADDRESS WAS OF SM WHERE UNKNOWN, EVERYTHING WAS CHANGED, DOB WAS OF DIFFERENT PERSONAL, when he COMPLAINT TO BRANCH THE BRANCH RESPONSE WAS SUPERB, HE WAS MOVING FROM 1 COUNTER TO OTHER, BT NO RESPONSE, THE PAYMENT WAS DONE BEFORE TYM BT STILL THE MESSAGE WAS SHOWING FOR PAYMENT DUE,
THE ACCOUNT FROM WHICH HE APPLIED WAS ALSO NOT LINKED.
AND THIS WAS ALL DONE BY THIS BRANCH STAFF, NAME WAS NT SHARED AS SHE DENIED TO SAY HER NAME TO ME., SHE IS SITTING AT THE OTHER END OF THE BANK, RIGHT CORNER.
I REQUEST AND URGE EVERY INDIVIDUALS THAT DO NOT OPEN ANY ACCOUNT OR APPLY FOR ANY SERVICE THROUGH THIS BRANCH, BCOZ THE BRANCH HEAD IS ALSO NT THAT SUPPORTIVE FOR ITS CUSTOMERS EVEN A CUSTOMER HOLD 12+ YEARS OF RELATION WTH THIS BANK STILL THEY IGNORE AND LEAVE THE CUSTOMER AT THEIR OWN IN TROUBLE TYM.
IF I GET TO TO KNOW THE NAME OF THAT FEMALE STAFF I WILL SURELY SHARE IT ASAP.
