Yesterday(8th Jul 2021) i have serviced my i10 car here and today(9th Jul 2021) i found that music system was not working which was working prior to servicing, same i asked them they are they are not responsible for that so we will not check this go somewhere else. While servicing car door was locked and keys are left inside the car so they did some cut some wires and opened the door, i suspect in this process they did something with music system wire connectivity but they are not listened to me and asked me go somewhere else and do that.
