★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My personal review : मेरा saving account इस बैंक में है. जब हम कॅश काउंटर पर जाते है तो वहा बैठा हुआ (Tushar) नाम का एम्प्लोयी पूरे समय हेडफोन कान में डालकर घर के call पर busy रहता है, बैंक काम पर कोई गोर नही करता, कॅश काउन्टर पर 20-30 मिनिट टाइम वेस्ट करवा ता हैं। और कॅश भरने जाओ तब इनका server हमेशा down रहता हैं। जिसके चलते हमारे टाइम भी वेस्ट होता हैं। और तो और सारे एम्प्लोयी new है इस वजह से बैंक से जुड़ी कई बाते इनके ध्यान में नही आती, custemer क्या बोलता है इनके समझ मे नही आता, uneducated like behaviour हैं। custermer service बिल्कुल नही देना जानते। Staff को बात करने की कोई तमीज नही हैं।अगर आप इस बैंक में account खोलना चाहते हो तो खोल दो लेकिन बाद में पछ्ताओगे।
 My personal review: My saving account is in this bank. When we go to the cash counter, the employee named Tushar is busy on house calls with headphones in his ears the whole time, no one bothers at bank work, spends 20-30 minutes at the cash counter. Huh. And go to fill the cache, then their server is always down. Due to which our time is also wasted. Moreover, all the employees are new, because of this many things related to the bank do not come to their attention, they do not understand what the customer says, they are uneducated like behaviour. They don't know how to give customer service at all. There is no way to talk to the staff. If you want to open an account in this bank, then open it but you will regret it later.

Worst branch visited ever. Staffs don't give proper response. They don't get their call connected. Useless branch...
Plzz axis Bank head office look after this branch.
