★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally i got my Debit card after 1hr 50 minute of struggle. I haven't seen this kind of irresponsibility of employees in the private bank before. The worst axis bank branch in Indore. Really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ as usual the server was down. but the staff was helpful and helped me with bank statements prints using alternate option. its a pity with axis bank mostly the atms are down as well as the servers especially at a time when one needs to file for taxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I also have very bad experience with Axis Bank Vijaynagar Branch staff they are very irresponsible, they don't have the value of others time. They are just doing time pass over there. Branch Manager should take some action against them, So that client will never suffer again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a worst experience regarding my change of debit with new one it is just a process of 5 minute to provide me with a new one but they behave like goverment employees and took 2 hour for the card only. I was roaming like a puppet from counter to counter. Lazy, Pathetic, incompetent and unskilled staff they always do the same thing try to delay your work and keep asking you to visit them in couple of days. Shame on you people Tortise and even snail is faster than you guys dear you all need to awake and make understand yourself that you not working for Government Bank. And in the world of digitization where you have softwares and desktops to maintain data still you are keeping it manual and that to without knowing in which register you have maintained that data firstly they said we couldn't able to find your record after searching for long 1 and a half hour they said now you have to wait more for 1 hour. Just got fed up with your services you people are not able to maintain your brand value your bank should be renamed as "Tortise or Snail Bank"..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review is specifically for forex department of this branch. Mr Mayank Jain was very unhelpful and tad arrogant in taking care of my concern. I had a multicurrency forex card which had some Swiss francs and I wanted to withdraw this amount. I visited Nipania branch first where I was told to visit Vijay Nagar branch. When I visited this branch Mr. Mayank remained passive about my queries and said he won't be able to help. On further persuasion he deliberately gave long list of documents to produce to get the amount. When I said these documents are not handy, he totally refused to help. When I contacted phone banking officer I was later told that no such documentation is required. Only with Pan Card Passport and cancelled cheque it could be done from any Axis branches. Mr. Mayank not only remained unhelpful all this while but also misguided me by saying that this can be done only at home branch. What is the point of having so many branches if customer has to visit home branch for every petty work. Laster with intervention of senior officer I got my problem sorted but had pretty bad experience with this branch. Never buying Axis forex cards again.
