Bhamori branch of SBI.
Hours of waiting for any simple banking work.
Customer is forced to download BHIM SBI pay app before completing their work.
Peoples not having any business are forced to register as business owner in other services section.
Unethical practice by the bank staff. Inappropriate method just to collect customers data.
If a person is not a businessman how could bank force him to register him as a businessman.
Bank management should look into the matter and respected authority should take proper action as this comes into fabrication of statistics.
