The 2 ladies who sit just next to the entrance is the most unhelpful staff I've ever seen. Ask them anything and they always reply, "kuch der wait krna padega". And after waiting for some time, they'll say, "Aapko kal aana padega". Matlab unhone kasam kha li hai ki hum na hi tumhari baat sunenge dhang se aur na hi help krenge.
They also talk very rudely. They are just there to sip chai and shuffle pages. I don't know how such unprofessionals got this job. The bank manager should look into this matter and replace them as soon as possible. I've had very horrible experiences at this branch because of these 2 women and I'm not going to pay a visit until they are replaced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service. Will give u the feel of typical 'Sarkari Daftar'. Made wait for hours for just signature verification despite no crowd. Especially gentlemen sitting on the left at the very first counter. Went with my uncle. Thank god I don't have an account here.
