Poor response from bank Staff. Customer Care Number don't work. Third Class Management. Worst bank ever. I’m suggest to other people don’t open account in this bank.

Team Axis bank, During this pandemic, at least keep contact number up to date. Axis bank hadapsar contact details are wrongly given and customer service also don't have any clue on why is that Secondly, there is no way that people can connect to branch people. Last time also I stopped transacting with Axis bank, looks like this also same thing is going to happen.

Third class bank with third class services. Staff here does not know how to convert a minor account to major account. I applied for change in my son's account who turned minor to major on 20th September 2020. Today (23/03/2022) I called one of the executives about the status of my request, She said that it is under process and will be done in a week's time. In between I went to branch personally about 10-12 times from September 2020 to February 2022 but of no use. Unlimited telephonic conversations with the bank executives could not resolve my problem. Not only this, I mailed my issue to the higher authorities of Axis Bank but unfortunately did not receive any reply till date.
