Good location, Good service. but few employees are arrogant and rude. If inquired for any issue, they give a not-so-good solution and time consuming way where a issue which is supposed to be solved easy and early takes a lot of time and again we have to come back to see their arrogant faces in the branch. sorry, but someone has to come up and speak.

On 31st Dec 2019 transferred amount to my axis bank account through phonepe. However till 3rd jan amount did not get credited though it is showing successful in phonepe and got debited from my other account. Mailed them multiple times not a single response. No body is picking up calls . Is this type of service and digital payment platform u guys have??

Just had one of the worst banking experience, giving 1 star just to post the review. Cashier on 27th July 2018 is so arrogant and rude. I went for US visa fee submission and asked few query regarding cash payment and details to be entered in deposit slip(as they requested). The lady at the counter did not clarify my query properly and asked me to move aside as other customers are waiting(i was in the queue and waited for my turn),as if i came to her straight away without following the queue. Naturally this offended me very much and this is not the way to deal with customers, if you are not competent to perform your job, then its not my problem. Well a senior operations incharge helped me out just because i was heading to branch manager to have a word regarding this. I was so pissed that i left the bank and came to KP branch CITI bank, where the staff was very well mannered. This was my first and last time in any Axis Bank and will ensure no one in my contacts go to them for any business(this wont make any difference to them but i will do what ever i can). Senior management should have a serious look into this, as first impression is very important for any business.

Poor services... Branch Email Id not available even to account holders. Frauds / unauthorised transfer of funds from SB A/c can not be reported during off hours. No Toll free number available for customers. Focus is only on getting business & No / poor service there after.

i am really disappointed with the service provided by staff and especially from HINA YADAV counter number 2 axis bank viman nagar. i have issue with my adress and every time i asked her for the solution she always argue with me and asking for solutions again and again but she didn’t even told me the solution and says that she have lots of work to do due to that i have been waiting for her response but she didn’t even said anything then i’d again asked her but she didn’t sort out my problem or not even told me for solution if its not possible then she have to told me that its not possible but she didn’t even do that just because of that i have closed my account in your bank it’s really disappointed this is not expected from bank like you and kindly look into this issue its not good for bank employees making negative image of bank as i have mentioned above hina yadav is the only reason i’m closing my bank account her behaviour with costumer was really not acceptable so just improve their skills if possible regard, lakhan thokal

The worst and rubbish bank till now, they dont even listen to you and dont have time to solve your things out, unnecessary they deduct so much charges from your account, i dont even use the axis app but still they deduct my money, i will never , no customer care is available to respond, think twice while having your account in axis.
